Mentioned Names ("we", "us", or "the app") does not collect any personal data from you. We do not track your location, and you do not need to create an account to use the app. The app is designed to let you explore public-record name frequency data without handing over your identity or behavior to us.

2. Data Handling

Any data the app uses (e.g. pre-indexed name statistics, cached results) is stored on your device via local caching. We do not operate servers that store or process your personal information. Data stays in the app's local storage and is subject to your device's normal backup and deletion behavior.

3. Third-Party Services

The app may link to or use external services (e.g. Google Search or other search providers) for supplementary information. When you leave the app to use such services, their own privacy policies and terms apply. We do not control what data those third parties collect.

4. Payments

All financial transactions for Mentioned Names are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or handle your payment details. Payment and subscription data are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy.
